This position is responsible for researching, designing, and producing instructional content for instructor-led and eLearning materials supporting leadership, job-specific, onboarding, and other people and technical-related skillsets. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal customers to gather relevant content and develop blended learning solutions inclusive of instructor-led sessions, virtual classroom experiences, as well as self-paced e-learning and materials. Use adult learning theory and knowledge of current learners to create learning solutions which encourage an interactive, engaging experience and are thought provoking. Evaluate outcomes and continuously improve course material to maximize return on investment. Consider performance analysis impacts to sort training and non-training issues. Apply principles of current cognition and adult learning theories, Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies, and new media technologies. Develop assessment strategies. Communicate and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, clients, and development team. Research learning and development best practices and proactively identify new technologies and content that improve organizational performance.
