Make strong contact with the partners. He/she should be strong at situational leadership. He/ She will assist leadership with the management of daily workflow to meet service level agreements, trains, and mentors’ staff; provides team statistical reporting to management; QC’s high financial and or high impact client experience transactions, in coordination with the US Team handles escalated questions / issues. All activity has direct participant/plan, regulatory and financial impact. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manages and monitors daily workflow and staffing; ensures all time and quality standards are being met for the processing of third-party payments for the PEA Team Performs QC for high financial/experience client transactions to ensure accuracy and to mitigate financial risk. With limited supervision acts as team subject matter expert with regards to questions/issues that arise from sales, and internal partners and Sr. Management, researching and responding making independent decisions on how issues should be resolved. Participates in meetings with internal partner, teams and stakeholders to support complex processes and procedure updates.
