As an Enterprise Architect focused on Data and Integration at Empower , you will tackle the most complex data challenges and shape how teams across the enterprise design and build data solutions. You will be a hands-on technical leader who brings clarity to complex system landscapes by guiding how data moves between platforms and applications, how integrations are approached, and how solutions are built to be reliable, scalable, secure, and cost aware. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving the hardest problems, and wants to amplify their impact by setting direction that helps many teams deliver better outcomes with less friction. Responsibilities Shape how data enters and moves through Empower’s systems by defining scalable ingestion and integration approaches that align with long-term architectural direction Influence platform and infrastructure decisions by guiding teams toward technologies and patterns that support reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency Define consistent approaches for introducing and managing data across systems so that it behaves predictably as it flows and evolves Identify and address systemic issues in how data is handled across platforms, driving improvements that reduce errors, inconsistencies, and operational friction Lead architecture reviews and technical
