We are seeking a Senior CMDB Developer to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role will be responsible for building scalable CMDB solutions, implementing Service Mapping, supporting CSDM adoption, driving data quality initiatives, and integrating enterprise discovery and asset data sources to create a trusted system of record for IT services and infrastructure. This is a hands-on role focused on development excellence, solution delivery, and continuous platform improvement. The individual will work closely with architects, infrastructure teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to ensure the CMDB delivers measurable value across ITSM, ITOM, Risk, Security, and Operational Excellence initiatives. How you’ll make an impact: Design, develop, and maintain CMDB solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Configure and enhance CI classes, relationships, identification rules, reconciliation rules, and data models. Ensure CMDB architecture aligns with ServiceNow best practices and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
