Designed as a long-term investment, the Pune Hub will advance newer digital capabilities such as automation, data, AI, and cloud, and will include roles spanning end user services, application development, and enterprise platform teams. Together, these teams will help Edwards operate more efficiently and accelerate innovation in support of our mission of advancing patient care. How you will make an impact: • Engineer software code and solutions by using application development tools. • Leads project development teams through execution of best practices in software development, mentoring other team members, and ensuring that project deliverables are consistent with architecture policies. • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. • Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. • Improves operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures. • Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. • General and administrative tasks What you’ll need (Required): • Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science with minimum 1 year previous related IT experience demonstrably solid performance in a role working with
