The Middleware Administrator plays a critical role in providing operational support for enterprise integration platforms, ensuring stability, availability, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment. How you’ll make an impact: Provide end-to-end operational support for the Integration platform, ensuring platform stability, performance, and reliable message processing across environments. Perform instance-level operational monitoring and routine maintenance activities, including: Filesystem housekeeping and cleanup Restarting JVM-based components (e.g. application nodes, application spaces, and integration services) Restarting integration runtime and administrative services Restarting platform monitoring and agent processes Restarting host adapter or connectivity services Monitor the Integration platform to ensure operational readiness, platform health, and reliable message flow using enterprise monitoring and observability tools. Perform advanced monitoring and maintenance activities, proactively identifying and resolving performance, capacity, and availability issues.
