About the Role Join the Customer Support Technology (CS Platform) team building the systems that power eBay’s global customer service experience. This is a full-stack engineering role where you will: Build scalable backend services and APIs Develop user-facing web applications and agent tools Contribute to AI-powered platform capabilities , including orchestration layers and automation systems You will work on workflow systems, automation platforms, and UI experiences that improve agent productivity and customer outcomes. This is a hands-on IC role : ~60–70% coding/design (frontend + backend) ~30–40% reviews, collaboration, and operational excellence You’ll own features end-to-end (UI → services → data → actions) .
