Join the Customer Support Technology (CS Platform) team to help build the systems that power eBay’s global customer service experience. This is a full-stack engineering role where you will: Contribute to backend services and APIs Build user-facing web applications and internal tools Support development of workflow systems and automation platforms You’ll work on features that improve agent productivity and customer experience , collaborating closely with senior engineers. This is a hands-on IC role : ~70–80% coding (frontend + backend) ~20–30% collaboration, reviews, and learning You will primarily own well-scoped features with guidance . Must-Have Qualifications Education & Experience BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience 2–4 years of full-stack software development experience Backend Proficiency in Java (or similar backend language) Experience building or contributing to REST APIs Basic understanding
