Engineering Manager Job Description We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering team in Bengaluru. This is a hands-on role. You'll spend roughly half your time writing and shipping production code — React, modern JavaScript— alongside the team. The other half is people, process, and direction: growing engineers, making architectural calls, and keeping delivery on track. You'll lead a team of Staff ReactJS/NodeJS Frontend Engineers, Senior Backend Engineers, and Senior Quality Engineers. We also expect you to be an active AI engineer — someone who uses tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot in daily work, not just someone who knows they exist. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers (Frontend, and Backend) to foster their professional growth, career development, and technical capabilities.
