Job Description: Job Title: Senior Java Engineer / Rating Scorecards / Complex Scorecards Corporate Title: Vice President Location: Pune, India Role Description We are looking for a senior leader who can redefine how software is built using AI. In this role, you will lead the design of AI-driven software development practices where tools like GitHub Copilot and intelligent agents are deeply integrated into the SDLC. You will shape how teams build, test, and deliver software faster using automation and AI. This includes defining standards for prompt design, tool orchestration, and agent-based workflows. You will work closely with engineering teams to scale these practices across multiple platforms. Strong Java experience is expected, along with hands-on expertise using AI coding tools. You should have a clear understanding of LLMs, RAG, and how systems integrate through APIs and orchestration. This role requires someone who does not just adopt AI, but sets the direction for AI-led engineering across the organization.
