Job Description: Job Title: Reward & Recognition Specialist Location: Bangalore, India Role Description The Performance and Reward Enablement team is a key pillar of the Central P&R organisation, enabling coordinated and consistent processes across the product portfolio. The P&R Specialist is responsible for delivery and support of P&R products and processes. The role works in close partnership with Divisional HR, Central Performance and Reward, HR IT, HR Change, as well as liaising with Country HR, to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end processes. Manage and contribute to the production and sign off of high quality communication or reference materials to support managers and employees in the use of any P&R product or process e.g. HR Connect pages, system guides, manager FAQs, HR Direct training etc. Support and potentially own relationships with relevant stakeholders including both internal colleagues across the Bank and external contacts such as vendors Manage all the non annual awards related requests in a timely manner and ensure to complete with 100% accurac
