Job Description: In Scope of Position based Promotions Job Title: Performance & Reward Analyst, AS Location: Bangalore, India Role Description The Performance and Reward Enablement team is a key pillar of the Central P&R organisation, enabling coordinated and consistent processes across the product portfolio. The P&R Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day delivery and support of P&R products and processes.聽 The role works in close partnership with Divisional HR, Reward and Deferred Compensation, HR Platforms, as well as liaising with Country HR, to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end processes. Support and potentially own relationships with relevant stakeholders including both internal colleagues across the Bank
