Drive AI adoption for SDLC as well as solving business problems Your skills and experience Core Engineering Minimum 14 years of IT industry experience with strong hands-on expertise in Java and full-stack development Deep knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture , and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., ReactJS) Strong experience in databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and solid understanding of data modeling, performance optimization Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, OpenShift) Strong understanding of distributed systems, system design, and scalable architecture patterns Experience in DevOps and CI/CD practices (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), with focus on automation and reliabilit Strong focus on engineering quality (TDD, BDD, au
