Job Description: Job Title: Lead Engineer – Treasury Technology Corporate Title: Director Location: Pune, India Role Description Treasury Technology are responsible for the design, build and operation of Deutsche Bank’s Treasury trading, Balance-sheet Management and Liquidity Reporting ecosystem. In partnership with the Treasury business we look to deliver innovative technology solutions that will enable business to gain competitive edge and operational efficiency. This is a Global role to lead the Engineering function for Treasury Engineering product portfolio. This aim is to develop best in class portfolio consisting of following products: Liqudity Measurement and Management Issuance and Securitization Risk in Banking Book Funds Transfer Pricing Treasury is about managing the money and financial risks in a business. This involves making sure the business has the capital it needs to manage its day-to-day business obligations, while helping develop its long term financial strategy and policies. Economic factors such as interest rate rises, changes in regulations and volatile foreign exchange rates can have a serious impact on any business. Treasuey is responsobile to monitor and assess market conditions and put strategies in place to mitigate any potential financial risks to the business. As a senior leader in Software Engineering, you will lead a highly inspired and inquisitive team of technologists to develop applications to the highest standards. You will be expected to solve complex business and technical challenges while managing a large and senior business stakholders. You will build an effective and trusted global engineering capability that can deliver consistently against the business ambitions.
