Overview of role : Transaction Processing Group provides the Operational Support for the Investments made by DWS on behalf of clients. We support clients across the globe investing in global markets. Products supported include Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Futures & Options, OTC etc. Responsible for leading the day-day Operations and supports the requirements of Clients, Portfolio Managers & Trading desk. Ensure timely and accurate confirmation and settlement of trades. Be an effective people Manager maintaining a high-performance culture. Role Expectation The Associate will be responsible for the supervision and oversight of TPG Securities team (both Bangalore and Pune location) supporting core US hours, ensuring a smooth and seamless functioning of day-to-day business deliverables. Potential candidate should have a sound understanding and knowledge of Security Trade Lifecycle and of the Securities Market specification for Equities & Fixed Income products. Other products such as Derivatives, OTC, Asset Backed Security (ABS), Mortgage-Backed Security (MBS), CSDR etc. will be an added advantage. Potential candidate is expected to manage the end-to-end workflow of the TPG Securities process. The candidate is expected to co-ordinate with brokers, custodians, market agents, Trading & Portfolio Management team.
