Job Description: Senior Operations Manager/ Operations Manager The purpose of this role is to manage a team, provide direct support to client teams and their clients providing operational support of one or more elements of the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, as well as campaign coordination, budget maintenance, reporting, and audit. Client Team and Communications Engages and maintains relationships across Media Operations and key partners across all Media brands Partners with team members and leadership in implementing continuous improvement related to client and campaign delivery to make the process more effective for clients and businesses Ensures client transitions, from onboarding through offboarding, are properly supported and managed Partners with planning brands to provide operational support for client contract and records setup and system maintenance Ensures budget maintenance and utilisation is supported through creation and/or tracking of reference requirements, such as Media Purchase Authorisations (MPAs) and budget details People Management Manages the annual performance review and goal setting process for direct reports Contribute to build career paths Provides hands on support and guidance to all team members Billing Supports client and internal billing by approving client and intercompany invoices Reconciles media delivered with supplier and resolves mismatched supplier invoices and discrepancies within the designated timeframe Provides additional operational support as needed Supports brand leadership in performing client audits Operations and processes Maximize offshoring utilisation, including but not limited to billing, reporting, briefing templates Participate in creating and documenting Standard Operating Procedure Contribute to the enhancement of operation KPIs: MSS implementation, timesheet adoption Provides additional operational support as needed Support Operations Lead to drive the implementation of the Me
