Job Description: Salesforce Architect – Job Description Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Core technologies, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud, Agentforce, solution architecture, and pre-sales engagements. This role requires a strong technical leader who can collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. Must Have Over 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, with at least 4–5 years in a Solution Architect role. Strong expertise in Salesforce Core technologies including: - Sales Cloud - Service Cloud - Apex - Visualforce - Lightning Components / LWC Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. Hands-on experience defining end-to-end solution architecture for complex Salesforce implementations. Mandatory experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce FSC data models, business processes, and industry best practices. Mandatory certifications: - Salesforce Agentforce Certification - Salesforce Data Cloud Certification Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementation and customer data strategy. Experience leveraging Agentforce capabilities to build AI-powered customer engagement and service experiences. Strong experience in custom Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. Ability to define and manage scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architecture across the Salesforce ecosystem. Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party system connectivity.
