Job Description: Job Description Key Responsibilities: QA activities across multiple eCommerce initiatives based on SFCC. Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and defect tracking processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into quality benchmarks Review and optimize test cases to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency Hands-on Experience in Business Manager, Merchant Tool, Administrator, Storefront, and Tool concepts. Report and track quality metrics and ensure adherence to release timelines Actively participate in sprint activities, requirement walkthroughs, and go-live planning. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. Hands-on experience with Salesforce 3rd party integrations like CyberSource, Avalara Tax, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Narvar, UPS & USPS, Klarna, Social Logins, Kount, Power Reviews, Einstein. Hands-on experience with Shipping Methods/Configuration. Hands-on experience with different viewport executions. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2+ years in a QA role Proven experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platforms Strong working knowledge of the SFCC Business Manager tool and configurations Deep understanding of the e-commerce domain, user journeys, and buying flows Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Familiar with test management tools (JIRA, Confluence, qTest, TestRail, etc.) Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting abilities Exposure to automation testing is a plus Location: DGS India - Bengaluru - Bhartiya City Block 1 (inactive) Brand: Merkle Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent
