Jod DescreptionThe incumbent will be responsible for delivering strategic technology solutions to our clients. In this role, you’ll be the face of Merkle to our multiple Onshore teams as you and your project teams deliver technically complex solutions. This role will provide you with exceptional cross-functional experience. To excel in this role, you’ll need to combine your strong technical expertise, your deep program/project management skills, your solid business acumen, and your client management skills to lead cross-functional teams in the on-time delivery of solutions for our clients. Must have skills 1. SFMC expertise: more than 5 years of experience in leading SFMC implementations. 2. Understanding of how SFMC integrates with other platforms e.g., SFDC, Salesforce CRM, CRM, others. 3. Expertise and Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL) 4. API Integrations – SOAP, REST 5. Strong Communication Skills 6. Problem Solving and Result Orientation 7. Excellent in Ampscript HTML, CSS Soft Skills • Engage with client to derive requirements and consult client on best practices • Inspire and train client on the digital transformation and capabilities of the Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud eco-system. • Cooperate with client marketing managers on daily bases to support adoption • Provides constant consultations and trainings for campaign managers. Good to have skills 1. Experience on other SF platform like SFDC, SF Personalization, architecting, design is preferred 2. Presales, RFPs, Experience in solutioning and winning deals on SFMC or similar platforms 3.
