Job Details: Job Summary: Manage Validation and verification (V&V) activities across complex, multi-disciplinary projects. This role ensures that system-level requirements are thoroughly validated using industry-standard methodologies, automation tools, and collaborative engineering practices. The V&V Principal Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of transit and embedded systems. Key Responsibilities: System-Level V&V Leadership Lead end-to-end validation and verification planning, execution, and reporting. Collaborate with engineering leads to define and trace system requirements to test cases. Drive integration, formal system testing, and procedure validation activities. Team & Resource Management Manage and mentor V&V engineers, overseeing daily activities and performance. Identify test resource needs and manage V&V schedules and budgets. Test Strategy & Execution Develop and maintain V&V plans, test cases, procedures, and reports. Validate software builds and perform test administration. Maintain and enhance the System Test Environment (STE). Automation & Tools Design and implement automated test suites using: Playwright Selenium Cypress Robot Framework RestAssured Postman PyTest Katalon Studio TestNG Perform API testing and SQL-based data validation .
