Job Details: Job Summary: The IT Project Manager is a customer‑facing technical delivery leader focused on infrastructure and platform initiatives , responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex IT programs across the full lifecycle. This role partners directly with customers and internal engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver high-impact technology programs such as data center migrations, network transformations, platform upgrades, and service reliability improvements. Acting as a primary point of accountability, the Project Manager leads cross‑functional teams and vendor partners to ensure delivery outcomes align with performance, availability, and operational goals. The role requires the ability to engage in technical discussions across infrastructure, networking, applications, and engineering domains, while driving delivery through influence rather than direct authority. Key Responsibilities Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a primary point of contact for customers for assigned IT initiatives, providing clear communication on scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
