Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all IT infrastructure hosting services, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud services. Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure to meet business needs. Implement and manage robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans. Operational Excellence: Develop and enforce operational procedures, standards, and best practices for hosting services. Monitor and manage service levels, uptime, and performance metrics to ensure SLAs are met. Drive incident management and root cause analysis to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. Run bridge calls during the outages with standard procedures. Security and Compliance: Ensure hosting environments comply with security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Strategic Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with senior management to define and implement the strategic roadmap for IT infrastructure hosting. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities and efficiencies. Manage and optimize budget allocation for hosting services. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors, service providers, and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and ensure delivery of services as per agreed terms. Communicate effectively with business units to understand requirements and align infrastructure services accordingly. Project Management: Lead infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
