Job Description: Job Description Language specialist – HR shared services role 1. Experience required - 1- 3 years of exp. We can also look at freshers provided they possess high proficiency in these languages. Having HR background is an added advantage though. 2. Place of appointment - India/Remote • The candidate needs to have minimum C1/B2 and above proficiency in writing , speaking and understanding in French languages . • Candidates will go through an assessment module before we present them for the interviews. • Language (Read , Listen , Write in their Language Expert ) • HR Ops - Good to have • Levels of language (C1 or B2) - Must have • English Proficiency - Must have • Excel knowledge – Nice to have • Trainable people are welcome • Behaviour and mindset – Must have • Email communication - Must have • Problem solving - Must have • Education - Graduation (12+3 years+) - Must have • Language program certification - Must have Roles and Responsibilities: • Monitor daily Offboarding tasks and activities in HR system Workday, Outlook, Employee Connect and internal trackers and maintain HR records and systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. • Assist in HR data analysis and reporting, producing basic reports and contributing to data insights. • Handling various employee queries - It will be your job to not only investigate and assess the queries and recommend the best solution but also be able to communicate it clearly to everyone involved, be it managers of all levels, HR Business Partners, Works Council members or other colleagues worldwide. • Liaise with external organizations and local authorities (e.g. pension provider or fleet manager). • Become a knowledgeable, independent expert – As a process owner you will manage the scope entrusted to you.
