The accounts payable specialist will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners. 聽 Key areas of Responsibilities: 聽 眉聽 Process all invoices assigned within the required Turn-Around-Time 眉聽 Initiate follow up for the parked documents 眉聽 Reversals and corrections of incorrect posted invoices 眉聽 Handle the Blocked resolutions 眉聽 Processing all recodes received 眉聽 Coordinating with external clients and internal stakeholders via email to resolve the issues 眉聽 Adhere to Month End Closer/Year End Closer time lines 眉聽 Explore for continuous process improvements and share best practices across teams 眉聽 Contribute to team metrics by achieving stated productivity and accuracy goals on a daily basis 聽 Knowledge and Skills Required: 聽 眉聽 Bachelor鈥檚 Degree or higher. 眉聽 1-2 years relevant business / BPO / KPO experience 眉聽 Good interpersonal skills and team player 眉聽 Good Communication skills 眉聽 Understanding of accounting concepts and principles 眉聽 Target oriented with strong focus 眉聽 Eye for detail and accuracy 眉聽 Experience in F&A applications [SAP, Oracle, any other ERP and MS Office applications] 眉聽 Good Attitude coupled with flexibility to work with the team and flexible to work in any shifts.
