About the role The Director, Analytics Platform will build and lead a centralized analytics platform capability within the Fan Experience Analytics team. This role is designed to create scalable data assets, standardized insight layers, and cross-domain decision frameworks across product and content, while acting as a force multiplier for embedded analytics teams. You will lead intake, prioritization, roadmap definition, platform adoption, and team development for a Hyderabad-based team that is expected to standardize reusable analytics assets across the organization. What you’ll do Define and lead the roadmap for a centralized analytics platform that emphasizes reusable datasets, models, semantic assets, and frameworks over one-off analysis. Own intake governance and prioritization, ensuring work is scoped upfront, aligned to core platform products, serves repeatable use cases, and can be executed with clear inputs and limited iteration. Drive adoption and standardization across product and content analytics, including documentation, data contracts, downstream enablement, and migration support where needed. Establish strong operating partnerships with Data Engineering and adjacent analytics teams so the platform has clear upstream contracts and reliable downstream consumption patterns. Hire, develop, and lead a small but high-leverage team in Hyderabad, setting a high bar for analytical rigor, documentation, governance, and scalable execution.
