About the Role: This is a technically robust Specialist, Tax Accounting role, offering comprehensive exposure across federal, international, and state tax matters including ASC 740 provisions, FIN 48 analysis, and return preparation. What You’ll Do: Responsible for federal domestic, international &; state income and local tax returns and audit supported workpaper. Prepare workpaper and returns for domestic, international & state tax return that include E&P, M adjustments, Fixed asset roll forward, state modification, state apportionment. Assist with the preparation of income tax provision and tax account reconciliations. Assist with quarterly payments and fillings. Assist in calculation and maintenanc
