This role is responsible for making sure renewals are processed on time, quotes are accurate, and coordination between partners, sales teams, and internal teams is smooth and efficient. The person in this role will guide the team, monitor daily operations, and ensure targets and SLAs are met. You will focus on maintaining process quality, resolving escalations, and helping protect and grow recurring revenue while delivering a strong partner experience.
