Job Description Location: Bengaluru, KA About The Role: You are the connective tissue across our Engineering function. Owning the end-to-end technical design of a domain, ensuring multiple sub-domains and systems form a coherent ecosystem. This entails translating business ambition and product vision and combining it with technical execution to create practical and scalable, and AI-native end-to-end solutions that deliver real outcomes. What you’ll do: With a specific focus across domains, you unite expertise with architectural vision, and make the complex simple. You ensure technical solutions - both the ‘what’ and the ‘how’ are accomplished across the technology ecosystem, with AI-assisted development embedded as a first-class practice across the teams you influence. Working collaboratively is second nature - you guide key decisions, negotiate trade-offs and oversee execution; ensuring every solution strengthens our product vision. In short, you make ambition buildable and strategy actionable! You bring architecture into product planning early — not as a reviewer at the end, but as a co-designer from the start.
