Job Summary This job involves collaborative design and development of software solutions that meet business objectives. It includes system requirement analysis, application customization, and assisting with software updates. It also involves mentoring junior engineers, ensuring quality with Quality Assurance, and providing technical leadership on routine projects. The job is also responsible for conducting training for application users. Job Description Experience: 5 to 7.5 Years Shift: Split noon shift Mandatory Skills: SailPoint, IGA, SailPoint Identity IQ, Saviynt, SailPoint UI, Bean Shell, REST APIs, SAML, OAuth, PowerShell, or JavaScript. Responsibilities Support and maintain existing IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint) including system health, performance tuning, and issue resolution Troubleshoot complex production issues related to user lifecycle, provisioning, role management, and access reviews Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions for recurring incidents Partner with development, security, and operations teams to support secure, compliant identity services Monitor and report on IGA service metrics to ensure SLAs and business expectations are met Manage routine tasks such as role reviews, access certifications, rule updates, and policy enforcement
