Job Summary Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. Edits new and existing applications. Implements, testing and debugging defined software components. Documents all development activity. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge. Job Description Job Title: Development Engineer 2 (Java Backend Developer) Location: Chennai Duration: Full Time Experiences :2.5 years to 4.5 years Notice period: 30 days to 60 days Required Skills: Java, Spring, Microservices, Rest API, AWS Core responsibilities Experience in software development Strong experience in Core Java, OOP, memory management, and multithreading Expertise in Java Design Patterns and Streams Proficient in SQL and database operations Skilled in shell scripting (Bash, etc.) Experience in microservices architecture and RESTful API development Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) Experience in triaging, debugging, and writing unit tests Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and documentation abilities Employees at all levels are expected to: Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.
