Central Expense Unit is part of the India Global Services Unit which provide support to the Banking team in Expense reporting. The profile primarily includes maintaining high quality client-ready output in timely manner. The Business Analytics Manager is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. The role will assist in activities such as running processes, reporting and analytics for overall expenses for Banking, coordinating with various teams working on other expense processes like Charitable, T&E, P2P. May work on ad hoc projects as requested. Teams Core Responsibilities include : Provide comprehensive data, presentations, and independent analysis to senior management and business heads to support strategic decision Manage monthly charge back processes for accurate and timely expense allocation Manage E2E Charitable and Sponsorship process including onboarding, seeking necessary business approvals and payment processing for contributions made / events attended by Citi Creating Purchase Orders (PO's) and processing invoices via payment system for various commodities. Transparent and timely communication regarding payment statuses is essential for fostering trust and maintaining positive relationships with our clients and vendors Detailed overview of several key corporate expense management processes designed to ensure efficient financial oversight, timely expense clearance, and optimized expense recovery within the institution.
