Our Citi Early Career team are currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Early Career, Campus Recruiter - to join our team. The Early Career Campus Recruiter is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process and onboarding for Early Career Programs. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy. The Early Career, Campus Recruiter directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and program management of various graduate programs. This role will support the campus recruiting and program management deliverables for our Operations & Technology business groups. In this role, you’re expected to: Support the end-to-end talent acquisition delivery of the Apprenticeship programs Provide administrative support to Early Career Apprenticeship processes including recruitment trackers, payments, etc Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, competency frameworks, and selection criteria. Provide regular updates and recruitment MI (management information) to key stakeholders Screen applications, plan interviews, and coordinate assessment center’s, Ensure all recruitmen
