We are currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst, Vice President. The Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst, Vice President plays a critical role in advancing the HR Data Domain's Data Governance strategy through the development of data quality, governance compliance, controls effectiveness, and adoption metrics. This role serves as the primary owner for translating governance performance data into meaningful insights that enable informed decision-making, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities, data visualization expertise, and governance knowledge to create a comprehensive view of HR Data Domain health. This individual will partner closely with HR, Enterprise Data Office, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Data Consumers to measure, monitor, and communicate the effectiveness of Data Governance practices across the domain. This role requires a strategic thinker who can connect data, controls, metrics, and business outcomes to tell a cohesive story regarding the quality, reliability, and governance of HR data assets.
