This role offers the opportunity to operate as a senior technical leader for software and AI-first platform transformation. Who you Are You are a senior software engineer with deep technical breadth across architecture, software development, and operations. You lead through both execution and influence, shaping technical direction while enabling teams to deliver high-impact outcomes. You have substantial experience applying AI and machine learning to enterprise software and platform operations and can guide adoption patterns that are scalable, secure, and measurable. What you'll Do As a Software Engineer, you will lead strategic platform automation and user-facing capabilities that improve reliability, scalability, and developer experience across Cisco IT cloud services. This role includes leading AI-enabled capabilities, including assistant or agent-driven workflows, intent-based interactions, and ML-enabled operational intelligence. You will drive major initiatives from concept through operation, partnering across product, platform, and engineering organizations. Responsibilities Lead development of complex software capabilities that improve cloud platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency in a DevOps model. Define and implement AI-enabled platform patterns that improve user journeys and operational outcomes across services.
