What You'll Do Play a core role within the development team, responsible for analyzing, designing, and building software solutions that help customers seamlessly onboard to Cisco Spaces offers. Develop and maintain efficient scripts and tools to monitor Cisco Spaces applications and offerings. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Ensure all development activities adhere to organizational standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks. Who You'll Work With You will work with a team focused on enabling customers to optimally onboard to Cisco Spaces offers. The team is responsible for: Custom solution development that extends product capabilities Building internal tools and dashboards for Cisco Spaces Providing L3 support and resolving complex technical issues Who You Are You thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and bring a proactive, “can-do” attitude. You are flexible, resilient, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. You are comfortable collaborating with geographically distributed teams across time zones. You are an end-to-end developer with experience in building scalable, metadata-driven products and full-stack applications. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or Computer Science with 2–3 years of relevant experience Strong expertise in: Programming: Java, Kotlin Frontend: Angular, React Backend: Node.js Web Technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, etc,.
