We are seeking an Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative technology team. This role is ideal for experienced graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience, has a strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, cloud technologies, and automation, along with a strong desire to learn and grow in the DevOps domain. As a member of the SSE Control Plane organization , you will work with engineers responsible for the design, development, deployment, and operation of key microservices focused on cloud network experience, traffic optimization, and insights for products such as Cisco Umbrella and Cisco Secure Access . This role provides an opportunity to learn modern cloud infrastructure, CI/CD practices, container technologies, observability, automation, and production operations while working with experienced engineers in a collaborative environment. Your Impact Assist development and operations teams in building, automating, and improving software delivery processes. Learn and contribute to CI/CD pipelines that support reliable deployment from development to production. Help monitor application and infrastructure health using observability and monitoring tools. Participate in troubleshooting issues across applications, platforms, and cloud environments. Work with engineering teams to improve deployment, testing, automation, and operational workflows.
