Your Impact: Design and build tools to test Cisco products, validating quality and stability from a System/Solution perspective, emulating real customer environments with wireless deployments. Create Cisco Validated Profiles and maintain systematic documentation for end-to-end solutions and equipment. Plan and execute automated and manual tests for Industrial IoT products, wireless, and LAN controllers across public and private clouds. Reproduce and analyze customer-reported issues for IIoT and Enterprise products, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution. Improve testing effectiveness using advanced approaches, tools, and technologies; adopt AI/ML techniques to enhance automation and manual execution. Support the team in expanding networking and test technology knowledge, retaining critical learnings for the department. Work with local and remote teams to review Product Requirements, Functional and Design Specifications, and test strategies for unit, integration, and system testing. Drive innovation by proposing new ideas that contribute to patents and IP value for the company.
