• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field • CA, CPA, CWA, or CGMA qualification preferred. • 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controllership. • 3+ years of people leadership or finance management experience. • Strong expertise in:• Record-to-Report (R2R) • Month-end and quarter-end close processes • Financial reconciliation and reporting • US GAAP and SOX compliance • Internal controls and audit requirements • Proven experience managing finance operations across multiple legal entities. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional finance initiatives. • Hands-on experience with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition and its practical application. • Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis. • Experience with financial reporting and consolidation tools. • Hands-on experience implementing AI, Machine Learning (ML), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or other automation technologies within finance functions. • Demonstrated success leading finance transformation and process automation initiatives. • Experience working within large multinational organizations or Global Capability Centers (GCCs). • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence. • Strong AI profiency and Skills • Ability to drive large transfomation initiatives Why Cisco?
