Software Engineering Advisor Position Overview Evernorth, a leading health services organization, seeks highly qualified data engineers and developers to join our Data and Analytics team. Responsibilities Architecture & Design: Design and architect enterprise-grade data analytics solutions, with a strong focus on building scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS. Ensure that the solutions align with industry best practices and organizational goals. Data Pipelines & Validation: Develop and implement effective data pipelines, processes, and validation mechanisms that support enterprise-level data analytics. Ensure these pipelines are resilient, scalable, and optimized for performance. Project Leadership: Lead project teams in setting technical direction for large-scale data initiatives. Demonstrate the ability to guide cross-functional teams in a complex matrix organization to ensure the successful delivery of data and analytics projects. Collaboration & Liaison Role: Serve as the key liaison to overseas HIH resources working across various data and analytics projects. Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
