Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced QA Lead – Functional & Automation to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will lead quality assurance efforts for Salesforce applications, working closely with US and India-based stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining QA strategy, leading functional and automation testing initiatives, mentoring QA engineers, and ensuring high-quality, scalable releases across projects. Key Responsibilities: QA Leadership & Strategy: Define and drive the overall QA strategy , test approach, and quality standards for Salesforce applications across multiple releases. Functional & Automation Testing Oversight: Lead and oversee functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing efforts, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality outcomes. Automation Leadership: Own the test automation strategy , including tool selection, framework design, implementation, and continuous improvement for UI and API automation. Hands-on Automation: Design, develop, review, and optimize automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, BDD frameworks, Provar , and other relevant technologies. Automation Framework Governance: Architect, enhance, and maintain scalable automation frameworks , ensuring reusability, stability, and alignment with best practices.
