About the Role: As the Facilities/Operations Head, this role will be responsible for leading the efficient and effective operation of the Hyderabad office. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing facility management strategies to optimize space utilization, oversee building maintenance and security, negotiate and manage contracts with facility service providers, and supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth execution of daily operations. This role will also be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and developing a dynamic team that works collaboratively to create inspiring and innovative spaces. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement facility management strategies to optimize space utilization and ensure a safe, productive work environment that meets the unique needs of the Hyderabad office. Lead stakeholder management and planning across developers, contractors, owner association managers, and service providers to ensure their compliance with legal/statutory requirements, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations to the organization. Oversee building maintenance, security, and emergency response protocols. Negotiate and manage contracts with facility service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality in alignment with the budget and goals of the Hyderabad office. Supervise facility staff to ensure smooth execution of daily operations. Implement and enhance administrative processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast future space requirements and sites for growth and expansion specific to the Hyderabad office. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, authorities, consultants, and contractors on project-related documents such as NOCs, permits, approvals on design/construction, handover requirements, etc., that meet the applicable laws and regulations in India.
