Architecture Senior Advisor - HIH - Evernorth Position Overview Evernorth, a leading health services organization, seeks highly qualified data engineers and developers to join our Data and Analytics team. Responsibilities Architecture & Design: Design and architect enterprise-grade data analytics solutions, with a strong focus on building scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS. Ensure that the solutions align with industry best practices and organizational goals. Project Leadership: Lead project teams in setting technical direction for large-scale data initiatives. Demonstrate the ability to guide cross-functional teams in a complex matrix organization to ensure the successful delivery of data and analytics projects. Collaboration & Liaison Role: Serve as the key liaison to overseas HIH resources working across various data and analytics projects. Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Best Practices & Governance: Advocate for and enforce best practices, including data governance, security standards, and guidelines within all projects. Drive adherence to architectural principles while promoting a focus on quality, security, and performance.
