We are seeking a skilled Total Rewards Partner to join our I ndia Total Rewards Team. The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore RMZ Office, KA-India What you will do The incumbent would Provide Total Rewards partnership to internal customers in support of employee benefits and wellbeing programs, retirement programs and compensation management. Owns and delivers key rewards programs, works with internal stakeholders & external partners & vendors to drive improvements and efficiencies, develops and delivers employee/ stakeholder communication, and manages rewards projects. Total Rewards Administration Own and deliver key rewards programs, manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits, wellbeing programs, and India retirement benefits while ensuring compliance with policies, timelines, and regulatory requirements Liaise with vendors and external partners to drive improvements, ensure smooth operations, issue resolution, and seamless employee e
