The Global Supply Chain (GSC) team is centrally responsible for the Order to Delivery of Retail Electric Power Division’s (REPS) products across eight global facilities. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Planning Analyst to support key initiatives across S&OP and supply chain operations. In this role, you will support the global supply planning processes through data preparation, analytics, stakeholder coordination, and automation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing facilities and planning teams to prepare the monthly global supply plan, support key planning cycles such as Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Rolling Business Management (RBM), and drive continuous improvement through analytics and digital tools. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in supply planning and data analytics to deliver impactful results across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Supply Planning Validate and release the monthly demand plan to manufacturing facilities. Consolidate the production plan of individual manufacturing facilities and prepare the global production plan. Prepare and maintain the global supply plan based on the approved production plan. Monitor supply-demand alignment and identify potential constraints and mitigation actions.
