Job Summary We are seeking a Skilled Manager Informational Technology( ( ERP Deployment & Test Automation) to join our Application Services -CAT IT Division. The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore – Caterpillar PSN What you will do Leads a team within the ERP Deployment and Testing Services organization, responsible for delivering SAP/QAD ERP implementations, Basis support, Release Management and test automation capabilities. This role drives execution across ERP SDLC phases with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and operational excellence. The incumbent works closely with Business Units, global IT teams, and external partners to support critical ERP programs, improve delivery efficiency, and enable adoption of automation and standardized testing practices.
