Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Software Testing expert to lead and drive end-to-end testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance for complex enterprise applications. This role will provide technical leadership to the testing team, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards. What You Will Do: The role involves executing regression testing, drive script optimization, defining test strategies, and overseeing test execution. Will manage defect lifecycle processes, ensure traceability of test cases, and validate critical business scenarios across integrated systems. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure testing readiness and successful release outcomes. The ideal candidate will lead, mentor, and guide testing teams, driving best practices, support automation adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution. Additional Information The candidate should have a minimum work experience of 5 years in testing and overall work experience of 7 plus years.
