Position Overview The New Product Development Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and validation of residential HVAC systems and components. This role supports innovation initiatives and works cross-functionally with laboratory, manufacturing, and product engineering teams to deliver high-performance, manufacturable solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop residential HVAC systems and subsystems Develop and validate thermal and system-level models to support design decisions Collaborate with laboratory teams on performance, reliability, and compliance testing Evaluate system readiness for manufacturability and production Partner with manufacturing to translate design requirements into scalable solutions Troubleshoot system-level issues and support continuous improvement efforts Support multiple small projects or tasks to meet program objectives Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Chemical Engineering, or Technical field and at least 3 years of experience with engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and design OR Master’s degree and at least 1 year of ex perience with engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and design Preferred Qualifications Knowledge o
