For more information, visit corporate.carrier.com or follow Carrier on social media at @Carrier Provide production support for Boomi and CPI integrations and APIs Own Boomi platform operational activities including Atom/Molecule upgrades , maintenance, access provisioning, and change-controlled patching aligned with SOX and security policies. Troubleshoot integration failures, API issues, and data errors Analyze logs, payloads, and process execution details Monitor Boomi platform health and integration flows Handle incident tickets, root-cause analysis, and fixes Support API access, certificates, security configuration, and endpoints Coordinate with application teams, architects, and developers to resolve issues Support deployments and post-release validation Maintain support documentation and runbooks Participate in on-call / support rotation (as applicable) and flexible in working hours based on support needs Support SOX compliance activities related to integrations and APIs. Ensure adherence to access controls, change management, and segregation of duties . Maintain and provide evidence for SOX audits , including logs, approvals, deployment records, and runbooks.
