They are accountable for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that build brand preference, drive demand, and grow volume and share across residential and light commercial channels. This role sits at the intersection of brand, channel, and homeowner, serving as a key liaison across sales, distribution, product management, and marketing functions to bring Bryant's story to life in the market. This is a high-visibility role that requires equal parts strategic thinking and executional excellence, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
