This role is focused on building and maintaining Power BI data models, dashboards, and KPIs that enable data-driven decisions across service operations and financial performance. The individual will support analytics development from requirements through delivery, working with business stakeholders to ensure dashboards are accurate, scalable, and aligned to CCS processes such as service agreements, work orders, and revenue tracking. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, data models, and dashboards for CCS reporting Create and optimize DAX measures to support key service and financial KPIs Translate business requirements into data models, calculations, and report visuals Ensure proper fact/dimension modeling (star schema) for scalable reporting Support KPIs such as renewal rates, PM completion, technician productivity, and revenue performance Work with data from SAP, Salesforce, and service/work order systems Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot issues across reports and source systems Improve performance of reports t
